Due to the customized nature of these services, all payments made for custom work are strictly non-refundable once the project has been initiated or completed.

We encourage clients to:

  • Clearly communicate their requirements before the project begins
  • Review concepts, drafts, and revisions carefully during the process
  • Provide timely feedback to ensure the final output meets expectations

Once the final design or artwork is approved and delivered, it is considered accepted, and no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be applicable.
